About Us

I became involved with Irish Wolfhounds in 1990, and my first Glen of Imaal arrived at our home in 1993.

My intent with both breeds was for great family pets. But the show bug bit and exhibiting both breeds has become a big part of my life. I enjoy exhibiting and the competition.

But what I really enjoy is the friends that I have made all across the country and all over the world. I have also been lucky to see both breeds on each coast and in many countries. Over the years I have been fortunate to have bred or owned some wonderful dogs in both breeds.

My kennel Coleraine was started on the east coast in New Jersey. About 13 years ago we moved to Lawson Missouri, where we are now located.

My goal is to produce to the best of my ability, Irish Wolfhounds and Glen of Imaal terriers, that are sound in mind and healthy. I also believe in breeding true to the standard of each breed.

Health testing is very important to me. All Irish Wolfhounds have hips, elbows, eyes and hearts tested. Glens have eyes, hips, elbows tested. They are also tested for the crd3 gene.

I am a member of the Irish Wolfhound Club of America. I also am past President of the Glen of Imaal Terrier Club of America.

My husband Jeff and my children Jeremy and Casey have been big supporters behind the scenes. I could not have traveled this journey without them.
